All but one of my remaining Paistes arrived today. A 20" masters bluebird sweet ride, 19" masters dark crash, 18" signature dark energy and 14" masters dark hats. Just waiting on the 602 20" paper thin crash. Really happy with these and the masters are definitely a little mellower and wobbly than the dark energy cymbals. The perfect alternative to the trashy stuff.

The satin really works with that shell. I tried a satin build with a lighter wood and it didn't pan out as well as I'd hoped. The mag strainer and dual glide are the two best vertical throws I've used. Just super functional and sturdy. Nice drum Originally Posted by JY Kelly

Thx Matt. My wife and are in the middle of painting and my practice and playing is limited to my practice pad kit at this time. Soon as we are done, the kit will be set up and I'll be back disturbing the neighbors. ETA for my Gretsch 20 x 14 Brooklyn bass is in May. Pretty excited about this kit!
