Ah you're the one who bought it. Yeah, Drum Bazar has a few Oriollo on hand, pretty awesome!

I was surprised to see that they ship with Encore heads, but I guess they figured the buyer would immediately rip it off and put his head of choice on it. Still.. for that price, should ship with a real Ambassador

Mine came with encores too. Sold them both without even tapping them on the drum beforehand.

Time to play the waiting game once again for my new snare, but my bass drum should be here soon!

In the meantime, I got a couple things to upgrade my double pedals. New Trick driveshaft and some new Lowboy bass drum beaters.

I made purchases but I'll be waiting a few months before they come in so I can post them. Until then, the project will have to remain a secret. It's something nice though, I promise.

    And nice shaft, Mitch.

I purchased a brick of what I thought were my usual VF hickory 5B’s

    *Brain fart*

I bought 5A’s. I’ll be breaking them soon. They feel like pencils.

LOLOL. Unfortunate to hear they were the wrong size though, I know bricks of sticks aren't cheap. Is there a way to exchange them if they haven't been opened? Or did you not notice they were 5A's until you opened them?

Really ties the room together, man.

Wasn't sure if you were trying to show us the floor tom, the rug, or the house at first until I read below.

I bought three little Snareweight mufflers and one big one.. just the rim-mounted clip on leather ones, not the actual weighted ones. I go through a lot of Gorilla tape dealing with bad heads on backline or rental kits so I figured these will be lot cheaper in the long run, as long as I don't forget them anywwhere ha ha... highly likely. They work pretty nicely! I will miss the punk rock aesthetic of the tape, though.

I also bought what might be the last two pairs of Pro-Mark 721B sticks in Canada. I've been hunting them down and stocking up. Should be good for 3-4 months, then I'm going to have to find a new stick.
