For the money, it is good. BUT, the splash may be too dark and trashy for most people.

I own a Wuhan 10" and 8" splashes, and only use them for their sheer volume.

For around $50, look into used AAX splashes, and used A Zildjian splashes. They normally go for $40-70 depending on the size and condition.

Stagg DH are nice for the money. Would be worth a look.
Less, by simple definition, cannot be more. Seriously. Check the ****ing dictionary.

I second on the used Zildjian A custom splashes for about $50. They are brilliant finishes so they usually clean up/ shine nicely if that matters to you.

Sabian XS20 10" Splash, either natural or brilliant. New, they're about $75. I got mine new, discounted to $40, and it sounds wonderful. Used, they go between $20-$40. Cast-bronze, good wash, bright character, not clangy at all. Great option for those on a budget.

I have Paiste Alpha thin splashes 8" and 10" in my current setup, you can probably get them for under $50 used.

Don't even bother with the "SBr" line from Sabian. They are essentially the refreshed Solars by Sabian line. Utter garbage. My first cymbal set was Sabian B8s and sounded way better than those accused SBr/Solars.

I would look for a really good brand and buy it used. I just picked up a cool little splash for 30 at a sale thats a fun addition to the kit. Its a Zildjian ZBT. I just looked, and they go for around 50 new. ZBT's have a reputation for being beginer cymbals, but they sound great! Dont just go for the brand new high end cymbals, because you can find some pretty good cheaper stuff if you look hard enough. Another good one I just saw was an A Custom for 90. I'v played A Customs and I love them and they are a decent price.

$90 for a used A Cst splash is overpriced. Check on your local classifieds and you can find used splashes for much cheaper.

Right now I see a great condition K splash 10" with all the logos for only $60 (you can probably talk it down to $45-50)
