    Default Show Us Your PURPLE Kits!

    As an act of self indulgence I (and others) want to see all those wonderful PURPLE kits out there collated in one thread!

    Just list drum sizes and the Make/Model/Finish.

    Any make, any model, big or small let's see them all!

    I like this thread! Nice kits so far. I wish I had a purple kit to post... I love purple.

    A big sweaty hug for anyone who can bring in pictures of the Tama Ultraviolet Starclassic. One of my first dream kits.

    Both pictures attached are Tama Starclassics in various configurations in Ultraviolet sparkle. Please note: neither are mine, both pictures were taken from Google images.

    Haha, thank you! This finish still captures my imagination sometimes. So deep and vibrant, but not overpowering IMO.

    And since I posted, I'll include a few more Google finds in hopes of getting this thread rolling. I want, no, need this.

    I browsed through my harddrive and I have a few I've always enjoyed, but I don't want to share until SOMEONE ELSE DOES! I just wish I would've saved pictures of Erwinner's purple Slingerland. I hope he'll share. I love that kit.

    It was a special edition for Pearl Europe I wanna say 2003? Maybe DRUMBOO will see this and add some more pics. I know Eric Singer used a stripped down version of it when he did a ESP gig in Germany a few years back.

    Also a OCDP 20-ply vented snare I owned in 2000. It was purple with black hardware. It was a very loud snare.
