Default Pearl Forum repair and restore

A friend of mine has a Pearl Forum kit (Oval Gold Badge). The wrap is bubbling up and coming up off a couple of shells including the bass drum. The snare shell split.

So my questions to you guys are:

    1. What is the proper way to fix the wood snare, or should I look for another snare?

    2. Can I get new “Oval Gold Badges” for the kit so I can re-wrap the kit.?

    3. How can I get a Pearl 22” front bass drum head, with the standard classic hole?

Again I realize this is years later . . . what did you do?

    Me I'd replace the snare

    Heat gun the badges off

Get a logo head from pearl
