    Default can't upload purchased kit on the module

    Hi folks

    I have an issue to upload the vibetastic kit purchased on the redboxsoundshop website. When I drag and drop the rom file, it says that the unlock file is invalid this update. I tried many times but it's always the same issue.
    Can anyone help me ?

    Default Can't upload kit

    Hi,

    There might be a mistake on your account.

    If you enter the wrong serial number the kit will not load.

    There is a serial number is on the mount and one on the redbox.

    If you entered the one on the mounting bracket, it won't load.

    Please check your account and see if that is the problem.

    If so, then we have to issue you a new file.

    Arf, what a noob I am ! That is the problem, I put the number written on the bracket.... So I'm updating my account (website is very slow), how can I get a new file ?

    Hi Bob. So I put the good serial number on my account informations. Do I have to purchase another kit or is it possible to receive the good file ? Thanks for your help.

    We need to send you a new file.

    Please send us your serial number and your email on our support page and we will
    get you a new kit.

    Hi! I have quite the same problem.. the difference being that don't know why I inserted the correct Serial. Now that I checked online it lacks the last three numbers. Though I can add another serial (which doesn't make thinks work either) I can't delete nor modify the first one, hence the problem. What can I do?
