    That sounds like a good plan to me. The only issue with the Atlas mounts for legs is that you won't have a leg opposite the badge of the drum, and you won't have three legs evenly spaced around the drum.

    im not too worried about exposing my badge ..lol ... the plus side is, the benefit of not drilling extra holes in the shell
    also,... even if it aint, ,,they seem like a cool way of suspending your floortoms ............without suspending your floortoms i
    used love the old saturn and orion kits from mapex for that
