    Default Catalogue Corner

I was thinking it was about time we collectively banded together to put up as many drum catalogues (vintage first, modern greatfuly accepted) as we could find...

I was thinking websites etc, but if you can upload or scan and upload catalogues you have that would be great too!

Personally I'm mostly interested in PEARL catalogues...

Since I'm starting this thread I'll go first:

Pearl's Catalogues and pricelists at Pearldrum.com

    Vintage Drum Guide, Pearl section

Drum archive: 72 drum and cymbal companies as .zip files
including 57 Pearl catalogues and flyers.
Major Brands like Pearl, Gretsch, Ludwig, Slingerland, Rogers, Tama, Yamaha covered.

I had a few of these. That black "70's Zildjian Catalog" was my first cymbal catalog I picked up around 1980. I still have the Black Zildjian Cymbal Set Ups of Famous Drummers Book. It's still a great reference to see what Zildjians drummers were using "back in the day." Times were a lot simpler then with only one line to choose from.

    Was this a bad idea?
This is a great idea. I think that this should be a sticky. There is a lot of info in these sites.

    Here's another one:

    Vintage Trixon drums from Germany

You have to check out the elliptical kick drums and the very early racks!

Apparently these are not to be confused with modern Trixon drums available in the US today

Ludwig drum owners probably already know about the Ludwig site, but there is a catalogue page there also:

    Broken link removed

PM me if you find a new site.

Edit June 2020: The Ludwigdrummer page is now non existent.
Try Drumarchive or the Vintage Drum Guide for Ludwig catalogues...
