Thanks! I want to tear it all apart now and set it up right as a double bass kit and move all of my tape marks so when I do set up the double kick nothing has to move (I did a lot of shifting on that left section of my rack) I'm also using cable Velcro to attach my hi hat stand to my kick ... I need a clamp and still to remove a leg from my hi hat stand.

I also have another 12 and 13 rack tom that I want to incorporate just because. Thought about a symmetrical 4 up setup with from left to right 13, 12, 12, 13 and a floor on each side... Or doing 3 up with 12, 12, 13 and using the other 13 and a left "floor". All just because I can ... Way overkill for what I play lol

The stuff I played when I packed around a 9 piece could've been played on a 3. But what the heck.

A symmetric setup would be pretty cool to try.

the only reason I don't want to do that is my ride positioning will be compromised, even doing 3 up with 2 12's and a 13. I think if I had 8 10 12 up I could almost squeeze those where my 2 rack toms are now.

I'll probably end up doing it once just to do it. Id end up with a 10 piece when all set up which would be fun for a while

haha yeah, i got tired of having such a monstrous rack so i fabbed those connectors out of some old rack pieces(i didnt wanna pay 70 bucks each for the real ones from pearl), cut a leg section out for both sides to connect to and boom. perfect rack for this setup.

Very nice Emerald Fade kit. I love how the toms are mounted so clean.
