Default Totally Re-Designed Setup (Tju85's Forum)

Hey guys. Well, I just got this crazy setup, and I put it togeather and its soo smooth and fast. It's not really crazy..but its really new to me and I like it alot. Thought you guys might enjoy seeing my kit..sort of punkish.

If you look to the right, there is a 17" Crash, then 12" china and 14" Crash...that has to be the perfect combo/spacing of cymbals ever because WOW, I just don't know what to hit when I get around there.

    Heres the pics.

PS- This thread is kind of also so I have my new setup in a thread for my signature. Selfish reasons..I know.

    Last ones.

My setup may look a little cramped, but hey it works for me.

I'm only around 5'4..if that matters.

Wow. I really dig that setup. And it doesn't look cramped to me. I'm only 5'1 and I like having everything close without being TOO close.

awesome setup man... Have you tried the 10 and 12 toms up at the front... keeping your ride there... And i'd much prefer a crash out to the front on my rigth side too... but, its your kit.. and it looks awesome.

How long do ya reckon till ya change those zbts *shudders* ?

Such a tight setup Tju. I'm gonna have to try it out when I pick up my ICON. That just really looks great man! Now get some of those HH's to phase out the ZBT!

    Good Stuff man.

Yeah, I tried to have a crash to the right of my ride/above my ride, but it just got in the way when I tried to ride on the bell and stuff.

About upgrading my ZBTs, that is in the future. I'm looking at A Custom Projection crashes. ;p For now though, all my money is going into the bands PA. Quite costly....

About having the 10 and 12 setup. I tried that too. Honestly, I hated it. I had to push my hats all teh way to the left even farther, and I couldn't roll very fast. I think that setup is just not for me....

Thanks. I'll give you rep if it lets me (I have my rep turned off, so I'm not sure if it will let me.)
