    Nice read,
I need to clean my room up anyway, its abit of a **** tip at the moment and I share my room with my bro, but I think I shall try and make my room/corner a more pleasant place to practice after reading that

My kits in my back room, its a really nice place to play, open and uncramped.
Great for band practise, although my amps are so bad, we cant practise there, so we just use a studio

According to dictionary.com, "practise" is "chiefly British".

EDIT: I didn't mean that you were attacking Kev, Trick. I meant to say like "^ good post.

There are American spellings and British spellings, neither is wrong on the Internet. Kev is from West Scotland, so he did spell "practise" correctly. Same goes for:

    theater/theatre, dance/danse, color/colour, favorite/favourite, airplane/aeroplane, @ss/arse, behoove/behove, specialty/speciality, . . . . .

I think my main problem with this whole thing is that there is no such thing as sound proof. There are such things as controlled sound environments, and sound deadening, but not sound proof.
