Awesome work mate! Could you possibly post a tutorial as to how you made them, and what diameter/thickness tubing you used?

    Thanks dude.

    Ok well here it goes...

First, I bought 2 x 1000mm lengths of 6" INSIDE diameter PVC pipe (Thick wall). Cut them to 700mm and 500mm. The left over pipe I then cut 2 lengths of roughly 80mm[1] (for the "bearing edge" as such). I then cut another 2 x 100mm[2].
Now... Due to OD (Outside Diameter) being larger than 6", i had to improvise (That is what the "[1] and [2]" lengths are for).

I cut 20mm out of the side of [1] and [2] to make it fit perfectly inside the 6" ID pipe.

I primed and glued in place [1] and [2] - refer to pics below.

I then measured the lugs and marked where they were meant to go, drilled the screw holes and then placed the lugs on the pipe and traced around them. I then had to cut a recess for the lugs in the main pipe - Best using a dremel tool, if you dont have one, then your pretty much stuffed doing it this way and I'm sorry...

After much fiddling around, the lugs were on.

There is quite a bit i have left out but thats the simple procedure.

I have done a fairly quick job on the octobans so not everything is 100%

If anyone else would like to know more, just ask, I am glad to answer any questions
