Two beautiful snares!
Pretty standard sizes, shell make-up, and finish. It’s essentially a Masters kit with Reference series lugs. It still has Masters series floor Tom legs and Optimounts as well. Are the spurs the...
If you’re willing to “wait patiently, possibly for years...” then why not just save up the money so you can buy it when you find it?
Then sell off the pieces you no longer need to help recoup the...
Funny video from David R. playing the kit...

I’ll second the Low Boy Beaters. I was one of their first customers to get in on their Lightweight beaters when they first started chopping off the back side.
That was my go to beater for a few...
Pictures and specs required.
Welcome to the Pearl Drummers Forum.
Very nice! The whole family!
Can you post pics?
Ive seen this guy on the Pearl Facebook page. He’s also the guy that did the soup can drum kit.
I think his asking price is a little high. Can alcohol ink even get wet?
And Daru Jones studio... I mean, his kit looks like he set it up on a hillside somewhere before setting it on flat ground, and then just thought, “ah, eff it! Ima play it like this...”
Not who, but what...
Ergonomics.
Dude... that looks killer! Your whole rig looks like a blast to play.
Maybe post a video? It’s impossible to convey the beauty of a nice wood grain or even a sparkle with a picture. A video helps to show the depth of the wood grain and the shimmer of a sparkle finish.
Nice collections gentlemen!
Beautiful job! It’s like you made your own Music City Customs!
I considered what kick drum hoops I’d want facing out the most. In this case, I think it’d look the coolest with the fully finished purple hoops facing out over a white reso head. I went with the...
Not gonna’ lie, I was thinking the same.
Lol, its a wrap. That’s a wood shell. Look at the 2nd and 3rd pic.
That’s certainly not a steel drum...
The Irwin Mango Burst looks incredible! You should edit the Pearl “Mastercast” Hoop stickers out since they don’t use them any more.
The Juicy Peach satin with Nickel is so classy!!!
Wouldn’t...
Matt, that prototype over the Z splash is similar to a pair I played a few years back at Rainbow Guitars in Tucson. They had such an awesome collection of drums and a cymbal room full of loose...
You guys need to think outside the box. I seriously doubt I’ll be using the bass drum hoop mount, but a closed hi hat on an L-rod? Sign me up!
And they’ve made all the necessary parts to hoop...
I have two of the 18” ReMix series Breakbeat rides which is what the Up Town ride was called when it was first introduced. I love them, but totally understand what your saying. If you’re looking for...
Just picked up two of the new S1030D snare stands and the new CLA130 bass drum hoop mount closed hi hat holders. Should be here by the 9th.
I also picked up a Mike Mangini snare a few weeks ago...
I like bursts over fades any day of the week. They both have their pros and cons though. I think you can see more of each individual color on a fade. I like the lugs to come down to the same finish...
