    Good call on Bluetooth being the problem RD24, it is most likely the cause - I notice there is about a half second delay when playing from my iPad via a Bluetooth widget to the hifi.

    FWIW I'm using a Promark "Rebound" 5B with active grip, the rebound model has a nice balance and feel to it, the 5B is a good size and the active grip means its less slippery.

    Found a bunch of Gibraltar hardware on Ebay that was too good a deal to turn down:
    - 4 Multi clamps and 2 super multi clamps
    - 10hinged memory locks for the 1.5" racks.

    On my SRX kit, the 14" and 16" toms were ISS mounted, only the 18" tom had legs. I added legs to the 16 tom and changed from ISS to aluminium OptiMounts on the rest.
