Looks lovely. Got any clips of them in action?
D4L: Now look what you've done!
:D
Wow. That is something. I don't recall seeing it but I will have a look in some records when I get home.
No not the FF system, the collar of the head. It looks white as if it has the haze of the coating on it, which I think I remember is on the Evans heads I got recently, but not any Remo. Never mind, I...
Very swish! You said cast by Oriollo. Is that a figure of speech, or are they cast? Do you have any more pictures e.g. inside the shells?
Also what heads are those? They have an interesting edge...
Love this!!!
I am packing up my kits right now but for years I had two kits set up. Each for separate kinds of music. Just makes so much sense to me.
So you know what size you need and now are sourcing it..?
As you have said, there is often flexibility in the lengths that the lugs take.
I actually struggle to follow your post.
However,

Please be aware that the measurements may be the length of the THREAD, not the...
I didn't mean to imply that Dunnett makes the part. I didn't know which company made it, only that Dunnett selected it to use on the snare.
What I am saying is that there is NO play. The receivers...
I get what you're saying, but the issue is a lot bigger than that.
There is no play in the receivers for the rods; they are firm as can be. Quite a departure from the Pearl designs we are familiar...
Yes I missed the other threads :( I don't go on the PDF much anymore.
Haha! Yeah I get the comment about the badge.
When you say matching copper hardware... I assume it's a matching finish but the material surely must be something else? Actually are you sure the shell...
Sooooooooooooooo nice looking. Amazing.
Did you pack them up dirty, or were they oxidising or...? I live in quite a humid environment and next to the water and the cymbals I've left packed up seem...
I would be interested to know if the forum member is too newly-registered to get the reference :)
I don't know much about Mapex but I figured you must have wrapped them... Looks super. Do you mean...
Hold on! My horizontals were at the very top of the verticals, I think! Best to have them too long rather than too short, I must say...
Great news. Congrats!
Very cool. Your kits before also used racks or this is a new frontier....?
So cool, especially how it has the little logos :)
If it's about dollars... please do yourself a favour and wait, scrape together any extra cash you need, and get something other than a Decade e.g. a Session.
I dig it. Great to have your feedback on the drum too. I haven't played one in person but I don't doubt it's pretty amazing.
Nice one keep it up!
I finally received the originally-ordered tension rods very late last year, in time to assemble the drum and take some new happy snaps.
Turns out they are not the right size i.e. the length...
Good work.
I actually have a couple of these (belt drive). I like them.
I ended up selling my P-1000, which came with a kit, because I never used it.
