This would be an ideal kit for me for a cover band. Small, everything you need is in it. If i didn't have two kits already, i would get one of these. Ah well, perhaps in a few years, who knows

Yeah I recommend it. I use small drums. I prefer 20 inch bass but I am liking the 18 a lot. I did no need for large drums. I understand hey give a deeper sound and tone but I don't need or like the way that sounds.

I have them they are pretty nice. I am a fan of small drums. They have a decent tuning rage and you can get them to where you like them for about any style. Mine is in the natural cherry lacquer finish and it's a beaut.

Interested in getting one myself. Anyone with knowledge of these kits will be greatly appreciated. I feel these have to be much better than the other brands, i.e. sonor safari style kits. Perfect for most club venues than my bigger kit.

Anyone get a chance to get their hands on these? I just placed an order for customer today for the Clear Birch kit that's coming out, and I was curious to how they play, because they've peaked my interest. Any opinions?
