hey pdf, i was wondering if it's possible to get a VBX Birch Bass Drum without a tom mount on it. would i have to contact pearl?

Unfortunately there is no virgin bass option for the Vision line. You would have to buy the BBC-1 masking plate to go over the removed BB3 tom mount.sigpic

No biggie on the masking plate. The also look sharp.
