Free Tom?

On the pearl site where the visions are listed it says it comes with a free tom. Does anyone know what size it is?

If it's anything like previous offers from other manufacturers, it's probably a free 8" or 10" tom depending on which configuration your buy. That would make the most sense to give away the smallest, cheapest size. It might also come with an additional tom arm and clamp.

pretty sure its either a 8' or 10' and will also come with a AX-20 + TH-88 (without end caps)

dont know.....they just dont......i managed to get both the 8 and 10 free with my kit......and both of the th-80's dont have the black end caps.....just a hole.

I just bought a VBX and bought an 8" tom seperately. Are you telling me I could've gotten the 8" tom FREE?

They all should. TH900 and TH900S tom arms feature the Uni-Lock system. But the VMX should come with the full-fledged TH1000S.

As of 2009 the VX kits only come with geared tom arms. Uni-locks are reserved for the VSX, VBX, and VMX this year.

I wish I would have known this before I got mine! Ha, it never fails. I buy something and then right after I buy it theres a special or sale on it.

Yeah! If you got your visions within a certain time span, especially with crappy communication, can't you get some kinda rebate or something to get this offer?! Thats just unfair timing...
