here are a few pictures of my dad and his first set of drums. i didn't know much about them. i believe the pictures are around 1973 and i don't believe the drums were bought new. anyways he gave them to me in 1996. i never thought much about them. when he past away in 1997, i claimed all 3 sets he owned at the time. well, my mom thought other wise. she wanted one of the sets and stupid me gave her these drums. earlier this year i finally got up enough courage to ask for them. it took me 8 years. i planned to go and ask for them on a friday. Tuesday of that week i get a phone call from her, her house caught fire and was pretty much a total loss. i prayed that the drums were not in the house. I drove out to check it out and my fear became reallity. all i could find of them were the steel hoops. i am still kicking my self for not gaining the courage sooner.

i may. i will have to do some searching. i know the 3 rack toms set-up in a triangle. there were 2 mounts on the bass drum for the rack toms. i watched the newest (I think) AC/DC DVD showing all their videos from the beginning. in a few of the videos from the mid 1970's, the drummer was playing the same set. the Jail Break video.Last edited by Cameron; 10-13-2005, 10:10 PM.In memory of my Dad
