Super cool find! I had a similar experience and came across some NOS Tama King Beat snares, it's always a cool feeling. Congrats!Black Lives Matter

Thanks guys!! Fortunately the original wires on my Jupiter are still in great shape, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to buy a NOS set.
I also happened upon some NOS wires for the S-017 strainer a while back, but passed them on to another member here since I don't own any snares with that strainer. I'd love to change that in the future though! I really want a 14×6.5" Maple shell in Walnut lacquer to match the rest of my G-Series kit.Last edited by Austin-Fitz; 05-15-2021, 04:17 PM.

If you can't find an S-023 (they are no longer made), or make something up similar, and use modern shorter snare wires instead, then you can't adjust reso contact, as these wires will pull across the reso as you engage the action...
