Hello, are the Yamaha 7000 series drums from the 70s any good? The insides of drums are very dark, in excellent shape! Any opinions on these??? I appreciate any feed back!!!

The 7000 series came out around 1978 and were mid range? in quality. They were NOT the the top of the line Yamaha series in 1978 like the 9000 series birch shell drums that would be considered "Pre Recording Custom". The 7000 series wood ply shells were made of camellia wood and phillipine mahogany.
