I own an MLX virgin 13" tom, so I would think they likely exist in BLX land, as well. But to answer your question, no, I haven't seen one.

They were certainly available as an option in Japan in the early nineties (under the BX moniker). Check the catalogues. I've not seen them mentioned in any catalogues outside Japan, but IMS/ISS mounts came about around the 1993 model year and virgin CZX's and SZX's are known to exist, so I wouldn't place it outside the realm of possibilities.

      1990 CZX "Custom Z" in #130 Champagne
1991 SZX "CZX Studio" in #133 Crimson Quartz

I own a 8x8 BLX virgin tom, so yes they did exist. The rest of my BLX toms are non-virgin, so I suspect the 8" was added to my kit later, probably towards the end of the BLX/MLX era. I also own a virgin CZX kit that i assume was produced towards the end of their production period.
Kits: CZX - SZX - MLX - BLX
          Snares: Pearl (8), Gretsch (2), Premier (2)
          Cymbals: Paiste
          Mics: Shure, Audio-Technica, AKG
          Sticks: Wincent

For some, sure. However, that market will be small.

Being that it's virgin will attract more buyers I guess but it's not gonna make it worth that much more .. most who get the tom mount through shells cover up holes with masking plate and use Optis or RIMS as suspension anyway .. not having to buy masking plate is a bonus though
