DOES anyone know exactly what does the term B-STOCK means?

Usually something with blemishes or minor faults that don't affect functionality but may effect visuals. So it could be something as simple as bubbling lacquer, or something bigger and more noticeable, like a chip in the finish, crack in the bass drum hoop etc.
