Next snare project collection?

Hey everyone, I have a set of awesome black rims and a throw-off & Butt plate that are powder coated matte black. I’d like to do a snare drum project with them; I’m thinking black lugs with a shell stained black or grey; kind of like tub thumper’s premier drums. What would be a good material to add to my current arsenal? Can you buy matte black lugs anywhere?
