Cymbal Fusion 15th Anniversary DW Snare

Cymbal Fusion just listed this beautiful new snare drum on their site to celebrate their 15th birthday. It’s a special limited 14x7 DW Collector’s snare with 15ply 100% Santos Rosewood shell. It has a clear satin finish with 3 different hardware options. I’m not sure how limited this run is, but it can’t be very many.



I already preordered mine with black chrome hardware.

Thanks to a tip from D4L, I picked up this beauty from Erik two weeks ago. He definitely has drums that you won’t find elsewhere. It’s a cherry shell with an outer ply of twisted royal ebony. I liked that the drum in the picture was the drum I received.

Beautiful Snare Marv! It seems to be a great time for special snare drum acquisitions. I had a fill in gig last Saturday night and my new MW snare from Daytona Beach Drum Center sounded incredible! Have you ever been to DBDC? They are great to deal with!

It’s always a great time for a special snare. I haven’t been to Daytona in many years. It’s a 3.5 hour drive each way.
