  • Signed Vinnie Paul 14x8" Snare: Thoughts?

    Hey kids,

What does everyone think a signed Vinnie Paul snare would be worth? I got it signed when the music store I worked at (ages ago) hosted him for a signing. Not sure if I'll actually sell it, buuuuuuut, semi-desperate times, haha.

Any ballpark quesses are welcome. It's not exactly a pricey item, but maybe due to him signing it it might be worth a little bit something-something.

    Rest his bearded badass soul.

Is the shell signed or the head. As far as
value goes that’s a tough one. Maybe
$500/$700. Depends on how bad someone
wants the drum. This is purely a guess on
my part. I am listening to Pantera’s Far
Beyond Driven CD right now. R. I. P VP.

Here it is! He signed the inside of the shell.

I would keep that for yourself. If you ever think you want to sell something, don't have the signer sign it personally to you.

If you find a guy named "Don" who is a big VP fan... you might get $500-$700. But I bet that market size is pretty limited.

If times are tough, sell it for $300 (signature be damned). I think you'll find more buyers at that price point.

Yeah, true enough. I didn't technically *ask* for my name to be on it, haha, but I get what you guys mean. Was more just for curiosity's sake. I'm not even sure I want to sell it, but was unsure of what the thing is worth if it came down to that.

              Thanks, guys!

That’ll be worth more to your grandchildren than anybody else.
