        It looks like chrome over steel to me. Selling a snare for $499 without knowing the brand? better sound good haha

            whether it is Leedy or Ludwig, whether it is COB or COS or Chrome over aluminium, it is not worth that price; not worth half that price. Some vintage snares might go for that but part of their value is their authenticity and being in good original condition; not because they sound better than a modern snare. And this one has no proof of authenticity or brand or model or materials.
