          Thanks Matt, do the "stock" Masters snare wires buzz less than the SN-1420's ?

            Jeff worked out a trade with someone else (for chrome hardware). If it falls through, you can have it. I can get hardware coated locally.

            I feel like the S-022N (Masters wires) sound great and buzz less than the SN-1420 series, even the "I" even tension set. But if you don't have a bunch of toms and/or don't mind a little buzz here and there, try the SN-1420I set.

              Going to the drum shop today, to pick up some heads and new snare wires for the BRX. Should have it together with the new hardware end of next week.

                  Can't wait to see your new snare in all of it's chrome glory! I have a couple surprises coming up in the snare drum department... I will post them in my snare drum thread once they are ready for viewing
