    So I was cleaning the garage last weekend and decided to pull out my snares and snap some pics.. in the process I realize they need cleaning... desperately..

          Marvelous!!!! What are the dimensions of the Sonor brass or bronze in the middle of the line-up? Love that Piccolo brass Sonor too. What models are those?

                  All 3 of the Sonors' are Signature Bronze, left to right 8 x 14 HLD 590, 6 x 14 HLD 596 (I think), 4 x 14 HLD 593

                    Thanks Jeff. Everything with the larger 'Goetz' badge are ones I made while working with another guy at his shop when I first started building 15 years ago..

                              Yes it is. Part of the reason I bought that snare. I think the finish is cool, I wanted an 8" wood drum and at the time, the drum was around $300 new...
