I've been searchin', maybe I'm just unlucky today.. can people plz post up some pics of Session drums in vintage fade (not masters vintage sunburst) or threads where some shots are? many thanks.

Here are some pics from a show a while back with a band I was in. I think the drums are mainly towards the bottom. They aren't the greatest pics though.
what do you think of them? i'm assuming that's you playing? i know i want a new set, but i'm really stuck on which line, and equally importantly, which set.
DrumSRX, what are those tom sizes? I'm thinking of getting a kit that is almost identical to yours. Is the rack worth the 350 dollars? I hear they're a pain in the *** to move

I just picked up a 7pc Sessions in Vintage Fade about a month ago. I've taken some pictures with a 35mm camera and have yet to get the film developed. But as soon as I do I'll be sure to post them. I too haven't found any pics of the Vintage Fade on the forum yet. And I LOVE the color!
The quality of the drums is great (fit and finish). Except the protone heads (which are ok but not quite my taste). I'll probably be replacing them with Ambass or Empor in the near future. And I also have a problem with one of the tom-holders uni-lock not locking (different thread). But otherwise I'm as happy as a senior on Viagra in a roomful of bikini models. (No offense to seniors OR bikini models).
For the price, Sessions can't be beat!
It's not the quantity...
It's the quality.
OK... maybe it's both!
Hey, sorry I didn't get back to you guys right away. The sizes are 8x8, 8x10, 9x12, 12x14, 14x16, and 18x22. The reso heads in the pics are Ebony Ambassadors. I'll be switching to Clear Diplomats soon. I don't think I payed 350 for my rack. I think it was closer to 250. Yeah, it's a pain to haul around. You just need a good hardware case/bag, baseball bags and golf club bags work well and they're cheaper than real hardware cases. Overall I'm very happy with my set. They are absolutely gorgeous. If you do decide on Vintage Fade, just wait until you pull that first drum out of the box. The only problems I am having is the 16" drum has a barking tone I can't get rid of. I'm guessing a Coated Ambassador isn't the right head for it and it's probably dead, too. Despite the tone it gets live, it records beautifully. Go to my site to hear a small sample. I will have more clips from my band soon. I let everyone know when they go up.
