Back in the pearl game

Just recently sold a custom boutique kit that was my go to gig kit. I still had some old exports and a Pearl EPro Live kit. My masters MCX sold a while back, but I was ready to go back to pearl and get me another gigging kit.

Today I picked up a nicotine white kit with the matching 14x5.5 snare. I’m super thrilled to be back! Can’t wait to take em out to all the gigs. Pics later. Stay tuned.

They are new. Tags still on them etc. like any kit that you buy in a music shop (out of the boxes)

Sizes are the 22,10,12,14,16 and 14x5.5 snare

Got them all finally tuned up and then decided to swap out all the batters for Aquarian response 2 heads, and bought an Aquarian Super Kick II for the bass drum. They sound great.

Yep those Aquarian's will sound good. Super Kick II the only bass batter !! they look great.

Ignore the messy basement. We are in between houses while our new home is built, and the downstairs is used as storage and kids toys etc, they have them scattered everywhere.

I got them set up and tuned just for some pics. The place I got them from must have had them on a stand to the side of the bass since the optimounts are on opposite sides than I would expect. I decided to just go ahead and mount with the high tom to the right. Honestly I may play it like that for a while just to be different and change up from a normal setup.
