Hey man, I love it. Artic White. Nice. I tried to start a thread like this a few months ago, and didn't get much of a response. The Session Elite are all but forgotten by many, but they are incredible drums. My kit is in the Pacific Blue.
12, 13, 16 and 22" x2. All suspended on a DR-80 rack with rack extension and optimounts. I am sorry I don't have the pictures, but I will very soon.

BTW, here are some cover plates I had made to cover up the bass drum brackets. Looks soo much better. They sound great too.

Bill said that he would make them for who ever and mail them out. Really adds a nice fit and finish to the drum, almost like Pearl made them.

Hey spx, my Masterworks kit will be in a similar blue to yours, though not that bright... it will be in "sheer blue" over tamo!

Sounds awesome. My blue is Pacific Blue. I really like it and it's kinda rare. Heck, it's kinda a rare to see another Session Elite for that matter. The sheer blue over Tamo is going to be incredible. I also really like the Rythem Blue. BTW, I picked up a Chad Smith signature snare today. I have wanted one, but didn't want to spend the asking price for it. Thought it was a little much. I got this one used but in great condition. The sound reminds me of my Rogers Dynasonic that I USED to own. Still kicking myself. Congrats on the new kit. Guess it will be a while before we get to see it though, but so worth it.

The kit is usually set up in the studio portion, however it's having some work done so the kit is set up in the garage for now.Cheers

nice updates on the kit! awesome that you kept it in excellent condition! And yes, i know it's going to be a long wait for my kit, but i am hoping that it's going to be worth the wait once it comes!

I had seen the chad smith snare for under $200 before... you should have snatched one up then!

Well, it will be worth it, you know that. One day, I will get another kit but I want to keep this one for sure. I am looking at a MCX Premium in Black w/ chrome hardware. Simple, but I love it. I don't know though, if Pearl would put the Rythem Blue on it for me, I just might go Blue again.
