how do you find the roadster throne translates into your double kick pedel rolls, and what not. Ive got nearly the same kit, but another tom-tom, but I got the lowest priced pearl throne.

Double Kick

I know what you mean regarding the double kick. I don't use them much for speed. Right now I'm playing mostly country music and some blues. Not a lot of room for blazing double kick action. I use them for accent, fill and for song end. The throne does not get in the way for that. Besides, my *** is more important that my base drum speed. At the end of a five or six hour night, my behind is thanking me.
