  • Small tom mount is stripped

I purchased the Jazz kit a couple of months ago. I love the kit.

The small tom mount is stripped - when I try to tighten it, it never stops. Is there a way for me to get a replacement mount?

    Thanks.

That ought to be covered by a warantee. Contact Pearl.

I said it in another thread, but I'll say it again here: despite the little problem, the kit is Excellent. It looks and sounds great. I'm very, very pleased with it.

And while it may be marketed to beginners, I'm not one. I'm 52, and I have been playing since I was 9. I just came back from a few year hiatus, and I couldn't resist the great compact shell sizes of the Roadshow Jazz kit - along with the great price. Really enjoying the kit.

All the wrap colors in this Roadshow series are very nice - and not the same old. The bronze is beautiful. So is the charcoal. The wine red is unique, too - a darker, less loud red that looks great.

I love this kit and the shell sizes so much, and it is so affordable, that when I return to gigging, I will get a second. Second will be the charcoal. One kept set up at home and one mobile for the gigs.

Yup, I own 2 of these now - I love the kit that much. Bronze and Charcoal. One for home, one for rehearsal space and gigging.

Thanks for all your help, Al.
