Yeah for anyone else in this situation, yeah I was hesitant to to put a lot of glue on it but it sounds great and it's holding up perfect. I can't tell difference in quality between it and my other one that's not cracked.LOOKING FOR:

More glue, more clamps! Light sanding if needed on the bearing edge and that drum will be perfectly fine.I've been on the forum for 14 years??? What the heck have I been doing all this time??Comment

Good work! There's a ton of glue in ply kits anyway; I'd doubt it be possible to tell a difference.
I had a hoop crack severely on my old ex, where the pedals clamp down. Wood glue and fiberglass reinforcement and it was stronger than new.
Again good work.
