The clamp of my D-2000 throne has snapped right in the middle. I'm talking about the die cast assembly connected to the 4 leg base, see pictures for reference.
As far as I know there were several cases where this did happen, seems like material failure.
Is it possible to order just this broken part? The throne is currently useless.
I'm located in Europe so I'm not sure who to contact.
