How to contact Pearl in Mexico?
The title explains for itself.
I live in Mexico, and there are times when buying used things is the only way one can get some nice Pearl stuff. Everything I have from drums to hardware is Pearl and Pearl only. There are sometimes I want or need to get something for replacement, or just because I want to, but to be honest the distributor says they don't sell any spare parts or small accesories. At the moment I need to get a strainer for my 2000's Export Series Snare drum, and I don't even know which one(s) could be an option, as I don't know the hole separation for any of the ones that appear on the most recent SpareParts Catalog. I know the spacing in my snare drum is 1.5". So, if anyone could help telling me which ones could fit, I will really appreciate it!!
I also REALLY NEED/WANT to know how could I get in contact with the people from Pearl in Mexico(if there is actually someone I can talk to). And just in case something ever goes wrong, how do I do to use the Pearl Lifetime Warranty?
I hope I can get any help here and an answer my questions!! Thanks ;DTags: None
