Derek posted this thread the same day I posted in the Platinum Gold Oyster thread there are so many great choices I'd have to go jellybean if I had the good fortune to buy a MCC-RP kit:
12" rack14" floor tom
20" bass drum5x14
I've been thinking about the MCC's too much lately so I must come to grips that I really do want them. Can't be because I play around Music City on a weekly basis. Maybe I'll get over it. I remember I had a Gretsch catalog in 1965 I drooled over almost daily.Last edited by Ron Gerber; 02-03-2017, 01:23 PM.

I was just showing these to one of my many brothers last night. I would have a heck of a time deciding on the finish. Shell sizes would be hard enough but I could narrow those down fairly quickly. Someday I'll will order!

I'm just debating between the Reference Pures vs the 4 ply Masters Reserves. I've always loved the tone of Pearls thin maple shells.... But those STL lugs got me !!
