Not getting cross stick sound in Mimic with Yamaha XP125sd-x

Hi,

I can't seem to get the rim of my yamaha snare to trigger a cross stick sound using the Mimic. The cable is fine, and it works fine when hooked up to my Roland TD-20. I don't see any hits triggering when I try to calibrate the rim of the snare. All I hear is light snare sounds when I hit the rim. Any ideas?

Solved!

I have a Yamaha xp125sd-X snare but picked trigger type of xp120sd-x (the closest option I could find). Once I changed it to a different pad it worked fine.
