  • RedBox Isn't Recognizing All Tom Triggers/Hits

So, I've had the e-Pro Live kit since the first year it was available. I've had some off and on issues with the Tru-Track heads but, this time, I'm thinking it's an issue with the module. I've tried three different sets of cables and two different sound (output) sources. I've tried messing with the Threshold and Sensitivity on each trigger to no avail. I've also updated the firmware to the latest already. I'm not having any issues with my snare trigger right now, so I've disconnected the Toms from the cables running to the Tom inputs and connected them each to the cable running to the snare input. When doing this, they sound just fine. It sounds like it should when the toms are connected to the snare input (sounds like a snare drum and I hear every trigger). In the attached video, you can see the sensitivity is tracking each hit pretty much off the scale. You can hear the hits on the Tru-Track heads in relation to the sound coming out of my monitors. I'm at a loss and don't have the budget to go out and get something new right now. I'm about to convert this to an acoustic and just say forget the MIDI recording. Is there anything that anyone can think of before I decide to pretty much scrap this r-e-d-box module?
