Yay, as if the marching forum didn't already have few enough contributors, we now have multiple pages to not post in.

    I always troll around here.

    I guess I'll post more.

    I haven't marched indoor since 06.

    This was useless.

    =)

My drum instructor doesn't want us to have an indoor drumline .
I love when my cymbals talk dirty to me.

This year the judges raped us in indoor. We got friggen sixth. We sooo deserved third. Everything was junk except for 1 & 2. Apparently they didn't like our show concept.

I'll post. I'm a member of my high school drum line so If I have any indoor questions I'll ask. 1st question, what indoor sticks do you guys like/use. My fave's are the Scojo/cut off tip (don't make them anymore,) & Thom Hannum's.

I really like using the new Fairbanks and the outdoor Mac's.

I tried the Fairbanks and I didn't like them that much. Felt too top heavy for a indoor stick...

I like sticks a little top heavy, so it's pretty much ideal.

I have the outdoor line I teach using them, and they sound fantastic on the field.

Well it's good that you like them. Were can I find Innovatives? (Got my set from a friend that went to PASIC) You order them online? I usually go to my local shop but all they carry is Vic Firth Corpmasters. Help is much appreciated.

we used Ralphie jrs last season mixed with rakes, and scojo rubber tips for our snares
Tenors had vegas, some poofy mallets and i think VF vibe mallets for 3 mallet stuff.
Basses had VF MB 0 through 3.

One time I had a brand new pair of of innovative macintosh's at practice, three pings later, the stick snapped completely in half. Like I literally hit three shots and they snapped. i was soo pissed.
i've always had a problem with innovatives. They fell terrible and the brake really easily. Vic firths never did that to me.
