    I can’t help you there, but I can tell you some cheap Japanese kit I had had the same hardware. It was all but impossible to get the two rack toms close together.

      Known as a spade/slot mount, Gretsch still makes them for their broadkaster range.

          Your best bet is to find the part on E-bay or a well established local drum shop that has been around for years. Most people will refer to the part you need as a clip mount arm or clip tom mount-The part that attaches to your Japan stamped 'spade" mount bracket on your tom drum is attached to a rail consolette mounting bracket on the bass drum.Do you have the bass drum that goes with this tom drum?
