Will a set of Superhoops be an upgrade for my EXR’s?
Got hold of a couple for a fair second hand price.
10’’ and 12’’, top and bottom hoop.
If you think I should go for diecast, I won’t at The moment.
Superhoops and The original hoops is what I got.

Yes they'll be a slight upgrade, superhoops are a bit thicker (2.3mm vs 1.6mm IIRC) so should allow for more consistent tuning. Give them a go and see how they sound!

The stainless versions are pretty rare and measure in at 2mm. They came with masters series in 94 and 95 only.
