Trick longboard hi hat question

Hey guys

It’s been along time since I’ve posted anything but I have a question for anyone using the trick pro 1v short board pedals in combination with their longboard hi hats. My question is, is it at all possible to swap the regular footboards from the pedals over to the hi hats? Looking underneath the hi hat base it looks like everything can unscrewed and removed and although I really like the longboard pedals I’m not sure I like the longboard hi hats as I’ve always just lifted the front of my foot to open the hats, leaving my heel down on the pedal....this has proven difficult on the longboard hi hats and should be considered if anyone is planning on purchasing these hi hats.

I believe you can swap them. Contact Trick directly, they will be able to tell you if it's possible.

I actually did but haven’t heard from them in well over a month. Thanks for the reply though! I’m hoping to purchase the base and footboard through their site and swap them over.

When I contacted them I called them and spoke with someone directly. I don't recall if I had to hold or not.

Update: you cannot change the longboard hi hat pedal to a short board using their short board pedal conversion! The dimensions on the bottom of the plates are different. Stay safe and buy lots of toilet paper
