New school drums

Hey guys, our school just got a shipment of new drums in, and I thought I'd share. They are all Championship Carbonply's

(4) 14" snares, (2) 6,10,12,13,14" tenors (One set is still on the boat from taiwan though) and (4) 18, 20, 22, and 24" basses















They really do everything Pearl claims that they do. They are significantly louder, project a lot better than our old drums, and sound GREAT. We are very pleased

Sexy. I like how on of your snares is like mega tall, too. Haha.

Bet it feels like Christmas. Which one of these beauts do you play?

And yes, it was a very, very nice christmas in october. It was only me and another kid that got to put them together, and tune em' up, so we had some great alone time with them haha

Dang those drums are nice!!! My school just got some new yamaha 13" sfz snares but i am in love with pearl carbonply drums, but it would be too expensive for the drumline since we have 50+ drummers....

Nice drums man!
I wish our band director would fork out some money to buy our drumline more stuff, but he favors trumpets, right now we're playing old, old, old Pearl Championship Series drums in White finish, It would be great if our band director took the effort to buy some of these drums or some drums of equal greatness, like dynastys or something, and maybe some Evans heads, but yeah, nice drums man! They look GREAT! How are those hybrid batters workin out for you? I love mine. I think it feels amazing.

They feel awesome! It's because of your snare thread that we even got carbonply's and the hybrid batters! I was like wow, we NEED these and my band director fell in love with them as well, and here we are! . We use MX5's on the bottom, Corps Clears on tenors with an MX white spock, and MX2's on the basses as well.
