Man that is one hell of a kit. I usually hate personalised bass drum heads but yours actually works well with the whole kit and the colours match and everything. Awesome stuff.

I was actually quite pleased when the head arrived to see that it matched the kit as well as it did. Even the lighter parts of it match the wood of the bass drum rim.

It's definitely a very fun kit to play. I set it up and tear it down for every gig my band plays. It's a lot of work but thank goodness for memory locks.

How did you center the kick finally?

I removed a section so now there's only 4 legs and 3 cross bars instead of 5 and 4. I replaced all of my old boom arms with Pearl CH830's. My old ones did not have memory locks which made set up a pain. These new ones have them so it's going to make set up way easier. This is my gigging kit so I wanted to make set up as efficient as possible. I also numbered every piece that attaches to the rack for further efficiency.
