    Jammin Sam wraps are really thick and heavy-duty, so all he recommends is a light adhesive on the edge wrap on the inside, then a high-bond tape he puts on the overlap edge. This is the third kit I've done this way using Jammin Sam wraps and have never had any problems. No vibration, no lifting, no bubbles, just great looking drums.

      Thanks! I agree. I don't think drums should be boring to look at, and I like having something a bit different than what everyone else has.

        I remember seeing a band back in the early 90s where the drummer had this big, yellow kit with a double tier rack and the whole bit... it was a real showstopper. The band.... not so much
