      Don't you find a two-piece gets a little boring after a while?

      It looks cool though.

I've been looking into getting a floor tom, but from my custom builder it's quite expensive, for a floor tom that is haha. So I'm not sure if I should just find another set or build my own etc.

You could try building the floor tom. The finish is pretty simple so it shouldn't be overly difficult to match.

Not at all. I only asked for a thin layer of baby blue, so he most likely did one coat? Could you recommend a good company to get the supplies from? I know there's Precision Drum Company or Drum Foundry?

A floor tom from Epiarch is too expensive?! How much does he charge?

Haha I'm 19, but with work in my business (snow removal during the winter) it's all weather related. This winter has been pretty mild and I'd rather pay my bills and put gas in my truck first come spring I'd have no issues, and I'm patient so it could all work out.

When I bought the kit I wanted a floor tom and a tom but figured I'd wait. Save a little money and wait it out. Nothing wrong with having a little fun on a 2 piece for a while!
