I won't lie, I'd like to hear those 'sizzle' hats.
Also, are my pictures ridiculously big for anyone else? I resized them when i posted them and they were all the same size. Now some seem to have...gotten...bigger....? Interesting.

I love that gretsch kick....
actually, I pretty much love that setup in general: gold sparkle Gretsch kick, snare, HUGE hihats.
.....cool

Here's what I use for jamming and most genre's:
14x5" 1985 Ludwig Acrolite
Remo Coated Ambassador over Attack 'Snare Side Thin'
18x14" Gretsch Catalina Jazz
Stock Clear over Stock Coated. (Waiting on coated PS3)
14" Meinl Dark Hats.
Sonor 400 Series Hardware. Vic Firth 7A.
The second lot is much the same, but i use this for D'n'B/Dubstep/etc:
10x2" Sonor Jungle Snare W/Russ Miller Groove Wedge
Stock Single ply Coated over stock clear reso
11.25" Zildjian Constantinople/New Beat 'Sizzle' Hats.
Top hat is based on a Constantinople, bottom hat is essentially a vented New Beat with 4 rivets that sizzle out when played wide open. They're quite heavy hats for their size, but they project realllyyy well. And surprisingly have a fair bit of trash.
Same sticks/hardware/pedals. Sometimes I swap out the sonor pedal for my Eliminators if double pedal is needed.
Oh and, *highfive* Zeus. Matching kicks!
