so, the lugs on your bass drum are off-set on the batter side? how do you clamp your pedal to your bass drum?

they aren't off-set, there are less lugs on the reso then the batter

The bottom lug is missing, I haven't tuned it yet, though it still sounds good.

The pictures are touched up a bit because of lighting (closer to real colors).

What? How could you have offset lugs on the batter side when your bass pedal attachs to the bottom? Seems like a design fail.

Probably a accident, but it plays and sounds just as good (though fail is not what I would call it.)
